The short version

We collect only what we need to do our job. Your application, account credentials, and content are handled by a small, NDA-bound team. We never sell your data, never use your identity in our marketing, and never share applicant details with third parties.

What we collect

When you apply: your name, email, OnlyFans / social handles, current revenue range, and the answers you provide on the application form. When you onboard: scoped account access (revocable at any time), payout information, and the content assets you choose to share with us.

How we store it

Application data is encrypted at rest and visible only to senior management. Account credentials live in a dedicated password vault with per-employee scoped access and full audit logs. Content assets are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access tied to your assigned account team.

Who sees it

Inside AVERA: your assigned account manager, the chat operators assigned to your account, and senior management on a need-to-know basis. Every team member is NDA-bound. Outside AVERA: no one, ever, without your written consent.

How long we keep it

Application data: 12 months after submission, unless you onboard or request earlier deletion. Onboarded creator data: for the duration of the partnership plus 90 days for handoff and tax purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@avera.agency. We respond within 30 days. You can also request an NDA before you submit any application data — just ask.
